LOL @ flor!
yeah id rather not start taking some type of thyroid medication ..im not big on taking shit like that for quick results..I also heard that particular med is dangerous. Is that amt that i took a lot b/c some ppl are acting like its nothing? especially that big chic on the men's forum..of course i know a guy will also tell me thats nothing..b/c they take one a day like its nothing..
I guess ill see what the blood test result yield as far as my free test..should i have requested DHT levels as well ..or can that be determined from the free and total test levels? ok so your saying that my traps are part of the androgenic features? or no? in other words , will that go down once its completely out of my system? or is that just muscle that i built? I dont really have much of any other symptoms like hair growth, enlargement down there.lol..well maybe just a bit but i could live with that..
If in another month i still see a man in the mirror, im gonna seriously consider plastic surgery to shave off this muscle..sounds crazy but its controlling my life..i wont even go to a pubilc gym anymore..ill stick to my boring treadmill in the basement for now and be mizzzzz..
Thanks again..
You loaded man-size doses for a short period of time. Androgenic sides generally aren't permanent unless you've been either abusing or using for a long time. Here's a weird thought - you may have responded really well because you have naturally low test levels. At least for you, this is how you respond to higher levels of test. Some people respond in their legs, some in their back / shoulders / whatever.
But either way - whats done is done. It will pass. But you have to let your system clean itself out on the rate that the drugs take to wear off. There's nothign you can do to speed that up because its a chemical process that is what it is. Like nsash said - if you try to do other stuff to force an opposite result, your body will be doubly fucked. YOu can't force it to do things w/o experiencing some sort of rebound.
I think its important that you just let your body handle the situation and live w/ it for the short period of time it will take. I think this is also extremely illustrative of just what goes on when you mess w/ hormones as well. Even though your experience was by accident, now you can see the power of these so incredibly fundamental components of our bodies. I'm going to go w/ musclemom in that what you see as incredibly dramatic changes maybe isn't as dramatic to other people because we tend to scrutinize ourselves so closely. So don't make it a bigger deal than it is because there just isn't much that can be done except to just let it work itself out.
If anything you should be experiencing some pretty wild recovery & sense of well-being and increased sensitivity "down there". You are also lucky in that you didnt' get sick from the winny - winny can be rough on some women in that they start to feel like they are getting a cold or flu within 1 1/2 weeks of starting a cycle.
I would throw in some acidophilus in your supplements intake just on the off chance that you have a tendency towards yeast infections - steroids of any sort can have an effect where they screw up the balance of "good" & "bad" bacteria "down there". Acidophilus (as yogurt) helps to balance that. I'd also add in some good anti-oxidants. Steroids do promote leanness and if you are dropping bodyfat, that can mobilize lots of the shit & by-products that "sit" in your bodyfat and then can float around in your body until they are worked out -- anti-ox's will help attack free radicals and such, and generally support your body while it deals w/ the stress of this foreign product in your system.
But as nsash said- it is what it is - just because 1 month from now you still "feel like a man" or whatever - you can't put a timeframe on expecting changes in your body - it can only go as fast as it can. So just relax and don't make it a bigger deal. If you don't make a big deal of it, then people around you won't and that will help you wait through it.
