There really is nothing constructive that you can do to remove muscle mass beyond allowing time to pass. Even men still flooded with androgens can sit back and watch muscle mass fade away so, unless you've mistaken his dbol for your tic-tacs, it'll fade for you too.

the reason people are so crappy to you is because they think this is a joke post. if it is winny you are suffering mostly a placebo effect and fear and worry, very real, and i am not dismissing it. the physical effects of a small amount of winny will go, but it is about believing that.
