i am currently 5 weeks out from my show and starting to get a little frustrated. most guys i see at this point in their prep are ripped. i changed my diet up several weeks ago by dropping my carbs and it worked but now i have plateaued again. i am currently:

32 years old (lifting since 2003)
5'-10"
191lbs (morning weight) cut from 205 in the past 8 weeks.
bodyfat: ~7% according to calipers (seems like i am holding alot of water in my midsection)
cardio: 30 mins in themorning on empty stomach and 30 minutes late evening, slow and steady (3.3mph @ 3% incline)

supps: 650mg test cyp
clen and eca switched 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (have T3 but haven't used it yet)
will start 19 tren-tfo and winstrol at 4 weeks out
clomid, nolva and hcgenerate will begin after show

diet:
6am: 50g gaspari whey with 35g carb mix added
9am: 16oz 96/4 lean ground beef & sweet potato
12pm: 8oz grilled chicken with 1/4 cup rice
3pm: 8oz tilapia with 1/4 cup rice
6pm: 8oz tilapia with green vegetables & 1-2 tbsp natural pb
9pm: 1cup egg whites with spinach & 1-2 tbsp natural pb

what can i tweak to get the rest of this fat off. i know the test cyp holds water and that may be my problem. i will cycle off at 4 weeks out. thanks guys!
