I think for now, Starting tomorrow as a matter of fact, I'm going to start a log following another stint of the rfl handbook by Lyle McDonald in the appropriate section. In my first round of just over 3 weeks I lost 25lbs and 4" off my waist. I followed his recommendations to the letter. I don't believe I lost any lbm at all if I did it was hardly noticeable. After about a month off now I've still kept 20lbs of it off. It's definitely the most restrictive diet I've ever tried but the results speak for themselves. Not to mention I do best following a very structured program. Anyhow, if anyone's interested keep an eye out.
