Please critique my recomp cycle and diet

High carb days:
3300 cals ( 500 above maintenance)
Protein - 285g (1.5g/lb)
Carbs - 400g
Fats - 65g

Low carb days:
2800 cals (maintenance)
Protein - 285g
Carbs - 250g
Fats - 65g

No carb days:
2200 cal approx.
Protein - 285g
Carbs - 120g
Fats - 65g

Weekly maintenance calories = 19600
Actual weekly consumption on diet = 19400

I don't get your diet, 250 g of carbs i wouldn't consider low carb and no carbs you are taking in 120 grams? Def not no carb day then. And I don't know how much fat your gunna lose if your only in a weekly deficit of 200 cals

It is not designed to be a fat loss diet. It is a recomp. Slow process. Basically in an attempt to trade fat for lbm. That's why it is basically at maintenance. Surplus of protein. And ample cardio in conjunction with weight training. Perhaps high low and no were the wrong words to use. To consider this as a "fat loss" diet would be taking it out of context.

I think the cal look good. But i would put low carb days to 120ish and no carb days below 50..

Yea I changed the values on those days a few times in an attempt to tweak the cals. Probably should have just upped the fats and left the carbs alone. Your suggestion was how I had originally had it but fats were lower so cals were lower as well. I'm gonna mull it over for a few while I diet down some more. But I've Been researching the carb cycling for a while now and really want to give it a go.
