Please advise on this routine.

I would just like to know if I am missing anything major. Trying to find a better routine then my older one. Stil new to this and trying different things out. I only have a bench and free weights, so I am restricted to exercises that use free weights. Thanks.

Chest:

Flat bench 3x10
Incline bench 3x10
Decline bench 3x10
Dumbell flyes 3x10

Arms:

Close grip Bench press 3x10
Hammer Curls 3x10
Barbell curls 3x10
Barbell over-head extensions 3x10
Over head dumbell raises 3x10

Back:

Barbell rows 3x10
Deadlifts 3x10
Dumbell pull-overs 3x10

Shoulders:

Barbell shrugs 3x10
Barbell upright rows 3x10
Military press 3x10

Legs:

Sqats 6x10
Barbell lunges 3x10

I think I need another leg exercise. I was thinking abot doing 3 sets front sqats and 3 sets normal squats, but front squats look like they have a super tough grip to substain. What about over head squats?
 
Add some chins to your back workout,alternate dumbell curls to your arm workout,dumbell laterals to your shoulder workout as well as bent over laterals and add some stiff legged deadlifts and calf raises to your leg workout.If you can try to join a gym and get a program woked out for you.
