Thanks everybody for the encouragement, as I have said before, the accountability I sense by posting my results here is great (I feel like you'd all kick my ass should I fell off the wagon).
OMEGA and Shadow, I've been using the same body-fat scale since 9 months ago, under the same conditions every week (first thing in the morning), so I more or less trust the results (to the extent of how many % points I have gone down...) wether I trust the number to be accurate, I cannot actually say that.
After being fat for years, I still consider myself "fattish...", even though my circle of friends say "you don't longer need to diet..." (the bastards). I have thick legs (they are starting to show some definition, though, you can tell there are 2 muscles in the front, etc...
The body scale has me now at 22.5%, but the thingie you hold in your hands has me at 20%... might be I am actually around 20%, in any case, still a long way to go. My stomach is flat already, but my lower body needs a lot of work still.
Guess is time for me to get a real BF test (calliper based or something better -the dunk-) and stop trusting that much in BIA-based tests.
Anyway, the mirror will tell when I am ready
