you looked very strong on the 396 this year as opposed to the 400 you struggled with in the earlier video, so there has been some definate improvement.........those are great numbers you guys are doing something right

Actually, it was the other way around. The 396 was back in January and the 400 was last weekend. I had some injuries to deal with, one in my hip and one in my back, that prevented me from training exactly like I wanted to. I even missed my last heavy squat and deadlift workouts because of my back.
