Well, as my coach would call it, it's the Phelps Power Method. I do some westside moves like board presses and band presses, but the entire training cycle is percentage based. For example, the weight for my board presses and band presses for a given week is a % of the weight used for regular bench in the same week. I also use % for squat and deadlift but they are unique for each lift. Squat is more linear whereas deadlift alternates high and low percentages. I haven't incorporated bands in my squat training yet, but will for my next cycle.
