Props to you both, and looking forward to seeing your pics when you start dieting down NS! ive been getting really annoyed at some of the post on here lately, especialy shameless, open source self promotion. i would post pics of me to shut some people up, but i have nothing to prove, no progress to show, and no hidden agenda. this is not directed at NS at all, as hes showing what he has done in the last two years and he IS A COMPETITOR, so he has something to prove. i respect the hard work and dedication oh his part. the other clown(s) on here, they are a joke.
i think my hormones are all out of whack since im clean cuz i get so annoyed. time to get back on

for a contest, I do, last time was 55lbs, but I may have lost some mass too. I hold a ton of water, which adds to that, dropped 15lbs of water in the last two days

alltraps is just under 250lbs now, and pretty damn lean, for me to be impressed and actually admit it, he must look good
