the xenadrine isnt necessarily to blame with your appetite, its your protein intake. its too high. tops you need 30%. its common that most people go over on protein because of what they hear builds muscle or supports it. you arent in a position of extreme low calories (probably) so you dont need to have excessively high protein to preserve muscle. bump your fats if you want a bit to add the cals and help you feel full, but feed yourself and your workouts with more carbs (starches are there so maybe some volumous types:veggies). if your cals are low enough, you should get more of an appetite due to the quicker digestion of carbs, which will lead to a faster metabolism overall because you arent waiting for the proteins to pass. protein and fats have an overall slowing effect on digestion due to thier structure.
overall "eating clean" wont cut it. you have the ratios of food you eat...how many calories is that? you should know if you know the %. if your goal is cutting, it will be pretty crucial to know.
just some ideas, you're looking good though.
