So you've depleted carbs & cut your water. You won't be bloated but you may look flat. For competition you'll see most people do a the carb deplete to 3 days out and then start carb loadinig -- the idea being w/ the carb deplete & water deplete- w/ exercise you burn out the last bit of carb, and w/ cutting out the carbs, you start to dump water as well. You aren't putting in a lot of water and you don't need the water to hold carbs because you aren't eating any carbs -- you drop the water that is holding the carbs you have in you, as you burn thru those for energy w/ exercise. If you are doing this say from Sunday - Wed prior to a Saturday event, you've now shed about as much water as you can. Now switch to carb loading on Thurs - Fri -- like 400 g complex carb over the course of the day - that will fill you out where you are flat and also because your body is now looking for water to help hold the newly ingested carbs, it will start pulling out subcutaneous water to bring you even closer to paper thin skin, fuller muscle, greater detail exposed. The day of the event, lots of people shift over to simple carbs like candy, jelly, honey, etc.

Over the course of teh day you should be ok eating small amounts of food - say every 2 hrs. Continue also w/ small servings of carb over the course of the day and just sip on water. If you start loading it in any amount you will look watery.

Also if you are water depleting on clen, be careful w/ the cramping. That Diurex stuff you are using - make sure that is potassium sparing so you don't throw off your electrolytes. If you start to feel dizzy over the course of the day (electrolytes screwed up), you can just eat a couple potato chips -- the sodium will help to even things out. I'm guessing this isnt' going to be nearly as hard core as a competition , but its just good to be aware of these things.

Red wine is also a mild diuretic and a vasodilator. Though niacin should get you pretty vascular too.
