strenght so ill be doing a decent amount of volume with mod weight and high reps will focus on hypertrophy towards the end of the cycle when im on katana alone.

15 min HITT on treadmill. I really had the intention of doing way more volume but it just wasn't happening. Skipped abs and calves I'm a pice of shit... But really just felt tiered. Will hit them hard tomorrow.

Maybe I need to try that cause yea just barely make 16.5 cold on the tape I'm hopping I can get them back to 17....
