You know whats weird this is the second time I start a cycle and have lower back pain, I wonder if is a mental thing? Though I was thinking about it and I did work arms prior to starting both cycles. Monday I did 145 on BB curls and to say the least my last four reps or so were done with horrible form, so that might be the problem, I'm gonna go see the chiro during my lunch break hope I can get a quick adjustment.
