So tonight was just chest and tris

15 min warm up. Is cold out and they were blasting the ac in the gym coming in from a warm car = a sure way to get hurt!

I've been trying to get my chest out so I've been concentrating on incline a lot lately but today I hit a little flat and had a failed attempt at 305 lol. Last chest day some old guy while I was benching and said a guy my size should be benching over 300 for reps it made me angry at first but he does have a point. Plus a little motivation never hurt some one any way let's get on with the WO

Failed at 305 got it about a quarter of the way up I think I mightve had a little more juice but the fags that were spotting me started to pull it up. I went about it a dumb way shouldve started my workout with flat bench the gym was packed for some reason.

Finished with a 20min ab circuit. Felt good yet disappointed I didn't get that PR but I'm confident is reachable in the near future it would be sweet if I can get 315 x 1 on this cycle. Will see how the strength goes once I add the t3 and then again once I go for round 2 of orals.
 
Today marks my last day of orals till week nine of test...(starting week 4 tomorrow) so I'll be off orals for 5 weeks and then on again for the last 6 weeks of my cycle. During these five weeks I'll be running Helios and t3 starting tomorrow for 6 weeks. Will start the t3 at 50mcgs and tapper up to 100mcgs then down to 25. The Helios I will start with .6 of a ml tomorrow will do .3 bi Lat and eventually tapper up to 1ml. I will take adderllin during my off weeks as a bride along with caffeine and nicotine tabs. Also starting hCG tomorrow will pin the same days as test pins I'm thinking 250ius but might make it 500 will do so until my last shot of test then pct. I'll save the details now so I have a little surprise to hit u guys off with but my pct is looking estellar will be 6 weeks long!
Cardio 2x a day starts tomorrow I'm ready to KTS!
 
Pinned Helios this AM I hope I did it right it was painless but I got a bump on each side of my abdomen where I pinned. Anyway yea I did a Whole cc just said **** it and took 50mcg t3 will wait ten minutes and then off to do some cardio. Will prob pin test e before class and hCG before bed.

Did 45 mins on the stair master for fasted cardio went home eat showered and pinned. Now this is my latest update right from lecture lol

Helios is working sweating and shaking like a mother****er, pretty sure my teacher thinks I'm on drugs. He's asked my twice if I was ok, "yup, just a bit hot" just took my t off and I'm just rocking a wifebeater (It's snowing/raining outside). My arms look nice tho! Can't lie wish I lifted b4 class.
It seems like the bumps from the sub q shot are gone. But I have little bruises where I pinned...looks ugly. A friend said I prob pinned a bit of air when I did it.
Got chest/triceps/delts tonight. Might trow in some calfs as well... I'll put up a update after I lift. This class seems like is never gonna end...
