Kept it short, I'm re evaluating my approach to how I train. I'm thinking I'm gonna start a new split next week it'll be 2 on 1 off so it'll look something like shoulders, chest tris; legs and abs; back bis and calfs I'm gonna go for less volume and more weight. It should allow me to hit every body part almost twice a week let's see how it plays out
