Kept it short, I'm re evaluating my approach to how I train. I'm thinking I'm gonna start a new split next week it'll be 2 on 1 off so it'll look something like shoulders, chest tris; legs and abs; back bis and calfs I'm gonna go for less volume and more weight. It should allow me to hit every body part almost twice a week let's see how it plays out :)

Left quad was Fucking killing me and I think I might have an abcess. Also pissing orange juice yellow, not sure WTF is going on. Libido is dead took like 20 mins to get hard and it never went full on, needless to say shorty was mad and talked a lot of shit so I popped some viagra/cialis combo and blew her back out. But wasn't able to finish :( this test needs to kick in!

On a better note I'm starting my new routine tonight! And I'm hoping Cain wins tonight! It would be nice to see a brown heavyweight champ. Also remember guys Brock got diverticulitis because he didn't take his N2guard with his oral cycles, point being run your support Supps.

What's up bro! Pin went ok I guess I pinned with a 20g needle it didn't hurt much but Friday I woke up with what looked like a bullet wound on my quad lol. And I have this painful bump about 6 fingers up from where I pinned...I'm really hoping is not an abcess.

Cause they allow me 2 put a little distance between my junk and the bar as a result I don't vet cockburn rubbing on my shit. And is easier to keep it stable so that both traps get even stress so that one doesn't get bigger than the other, tis also why I do them with DBs my friend. Do you think I would benefit more from doing them freestyle?

Honestly yes..
Dont worry about your junk so much, it doesnt really cause any pain or discomfort in that area lol..
Me and Ace both do em and havent had any problems with junk discomfort or un balanced trap development.
