Peanut Butter question (Yes this topic again)

I have heard that peanut butter grows mold. I was buying natural pb at the store and grinding the peanuts there but I was told from my nutritionist that it grows mold so to use Organic.
Anyone heard of this?

I've never heard of this.....but anything will grow mold after a while...

Once mixed, store it in the fridge.....

Alrighty I was just wondering what your take was on this.... I know the oil is part of the PB I was just wondering what the pros/cons would be of mixing it in or pouring it off. I use a butter knife and stir it up.

Well, if you poured the oil off, then the fats would not be as listed on the label.....I would think it would be less as the fats as listed include 1 serving of the pb including the oil...
