Hi, I'm coming off my cutting cycle in 3 weeks. Am extremely happy with th results have cut up really nicely. I am currently 180lbs. My aim now is to do a long clean bulk. Adding mass with minimal fat loss. Have my PCT sorted. Was wondering what you thought of this for a clean bulking diet.
7.30 am - 2 chicken/turkey wraps, 300ml skimmed milk, 1 tablespoon natural penut butter.
10.30 -2 scoops protein, 100g oats, 5 egg whites.
12.30 - 100g brown rice, tuna/chicken/turkey spinach and broccoli.
4.30 - same as above.
6.30 - after workout 2 scoops whey, 10 rice cakes.
7.30 - evening meal
10.00 - 1.5scoops protein, 500 ml skimmed milk, 2 tablespoons natural Greek yoghurt
Also if this diet is ok when do you suggest starting it? During 1st week of PCT or wait until PCT is over then start?
