yeah, just use ezekial or 100% whole wheat bread (check to make sure the first ingriedient is whole grains and make sure theres no high fructose corn syrup in it). theres always healthy ways rto make everything. and joe d, for pizzza, just use 100% whole wheat pizza crust thats pre made, no salt added tomato sauce, has close to zero calories, maybe 10-15 i believe, some fat free cheese, little bit of salt and pepper, and that is one hell of a pizza.
