Chiro deals with the bones. MT's the muscles. In my opinion, A visit to the chiro is pointless without seeing your massage therapist before or def after. Bones won't 'stay where you put them' if the muscles aren't relaxed. The muscles will just keep pulling everything out of place. Every bodybuilder/athlete/normal person/man/woman/child/elderly etc... Should have a MT. I am one, so I'm biased. Make an apt. Like I said before, a sports or medical massage. And if you aren't getting relief within 3 visits, find a new one.
