I had the best leg workout today that I've had in a long time. Started ten mins on the bike then 4 sets of squats(didn't go for one rep max again) but ended on a rep PR of 330lbs for 5. Then 4 sets on 45 degree leg press with a
PR of 550lbs for 5 reps to finish. 4 sets of romanian deadlift,4 sets of walking lunges,and finished off with leg curls. Then rode the bicycle ten mins home. It felt awesome.
Noticed today when I was out in bright sunshine and went inside it took a few seconds for my eyes to adjust. Havnt had any yellow tint at all. Doing 60mg s4 this week. Feelgood factor was really high today.
Have upped morning fasted runs to half hour six days
