I´m considering to start to sell Tupperware-stuff  Just for a fun, like a hobby, not for making lot of money (like it would be possible).
Any of you ladies done that? If so, do/did you like it?

And then, what kind of saleswoman is your favourite? Does the way saleswoman dresses influence to your decision to buy something? What irritates you?

Haven't ever sold tupperware, nor can I say I've ever bought it but just recently was a host for a Jewerly party and I must say the sales lady was great.

Dress casual, not too formal, make your guest feel at ease. Be creative with ways to use the products and encourage your host (for parties) to keep the food and beverages at minimum. You want your guest to be focused on YOUR PRODUCT not eating... hee hee...

Good Luck darlin ;)

Have you considered selling intimate items?

I've always wanted to do that.

I think it would be so much fun.
Lol, I haven´t considered that.
But I decided to try Tupperware :D

I have never sold tupperware. I do run my own business, though.
I have to tell you though, selling is all about networking and who you know. Make sure that you get your name out there and that you market yourself. Advertise advertise advertise...you can be successful with anything.

I've not sold tupperware but I buy most of my makeup through mary kay and love the woman who sells to me. I love that she's not pushy at all. She shares things and talks about products but doesn't make me feel guilty if I don't want to buy everything under the sun.

The people I know who sell cosmetics and tupperware (it's funny you posted this because I just ordered tupperware from a coworker's wife today) seem to have a lot of freedom in their jobs. Like Gymgurl said, you can really make good money if you're putting in the effort.

Be yourself and don't make the presentations too lengthy. Dressing in nice casual clothes will make people feel at ease. They usually play games at parties, good idea but don't do too many, 3 is enough.

The part of any of these parties, weather it's candles or tupperware, that bothers me is when they push you to join the team. Other than that, I enjoy them.

Good luck!

Pamela, my friend is going to be a toy salesperson and she asked me to come to her first party. I can't wait! LOL I'll let you know details afterwards.
