Anyway, Quebec sucks because they are a have not province despite a huge population and abundant resources. Shameful.

Meaning you're propped up by the only two 'have' provinces in Canada. Ontario and Alberta. Hopefully BC will join those ranks shortly. A 'have not' province is one that depends on the 'have' provinces for revenue sharing because they are incapable of generating enough capital to survive on their own. As I stated, with the size of Quebec's population and the abundant natural resources in the province, that is shameful.

Yo Wootoom, let's start a petition for Ontario and Alberta to start our own country. Kinda like Quebec has been doing for decades. Considering the other provinces only survive because of us, imagine the perks we could wheedle out of them.
