can't be a terrorist (of Bin Laden's group) since there would be a risk to be catched alive. They dont. Also the targets make no sense for a terrorist. Being islamic he would rather go for a big crowded place (like that Disco in Bali) or simply shoot at US army soldiers, Marines whatever (Kuwait).

One thing is sure. An Islamist wouldn't get 50 virgins for that. Maybe just 5-7. That's not worth the risk.....lol

i thought terrorist simply meant a person or person who instills or creates terror, i think the sniper is doing a great job of that. not the same as bin laden, but terrorizing people just the same

means to an end. Perhaps his "ends" are that of "Better Home and Gardens" employee trying to drive people away from Home Depot and Michaels craft store. I dont know if its terrorism per se. Perhaps maybe by exact definition, but not the definition commonly associated with terrorism nowadays. I mean if this is considered terrorism, then we would have to reclassify tons of violent acts and in turn label them terrorists acts. Gang violence, or rival gang wars, terrorism????? No.
