on EQ & sick as a dog... what to do?

im on my 3rd week of EQ and now im very sick. I have a very bad sore throat and a fever and am MISERABLE! should I discontinue the EQ for now? My next injection is on tuesday. Is it ok to take antibiotics while on this stuff?

you have steroid fever hun, i get it ALL the time from EQ, can last anywhere from 7-10 days, but it WILL go away so dont stress it.

and your throat is sore 'cause you never shut up!!

NYM - she could also have strep or any number of other infections, I have been dealing with kids with these symptoms for weeks. Don't ya think she should go to the doctor?

well of course if her throat is bothering her for a few days then go to the dr, but if shes just naseus, thats steroid fever, but i get an itch in my throat as well as nausea from EQ and then it goes away.

what causes it? hmmm not sure...all i know is that i used to get it from almost any steroid, but its most commonly associated with vet roids.

I would guess that when you get sick from using steroids, it could just be your body reacting to a foreign substance in your body. It happens to the majority of people when they get immunizations, or when taking injectable meds. Do you have a fever too? Tried taking some Tylenol? I'm sure you will feel ok in a few days KBgrl

yep i have a fever and a VERY BAD sore throat. i dont have a thermometer so i couldnt take my temp but i know have one for sure. im FREEZING one second, sweating the next. man i havent been this sick in years! i dont think its the eq but not sure. i may have gotten sick from kissing someone who was feeling a little sick about a week ago. they didnt have a fever or anything but had a sore throat that went away. NYM... im talking about my "special friend" u met the other day. oh..btw... i have more drama to tell u. GAWD! it never ends!

i started to take some antibiotics so hopefully ill feel better soooooon. i have work tomorrow and i cant miss it. ugh

aw thanks for asking sweetie and yes, I feel MUCH better. my fever is all gone and I'm doing well. I still have a bit of a sore throat but other than that I'm ok. I had two killer workouts in the gym yesterday and today. My pumps are insane!! my muscles feel like they are going to pop out of my skin when im working out and im just getting so hard. I LUV IT! I like EQ a THOUSAND times better than I liked the anna. I am starting to get some sides though but nothing too crazy. My voice is cracking a little ... slight acne (small bumps) on my back which i took care of by just keeping it realllly clean all the time and now im having MAJOR clit swelling. It's so weird. I didnt really have too much on the anna but now its a lot. its actually a little incomfortable at times . hopefully when im off all will be back to normal.

EQ just like sustanon on guys will make some people sick as dog. Thats normal and unless you use some bathtub EQ then there's no other reasons for your symptoms. As NY Muscle said, it should take about a week to go away. I usually take around 3 g of Vit C with garlic extracts. It helps a bit, but thats a good start no ?
