College starts tomorrow. Woohoo! Life is all about studying, working out and the studying somemore
Anyways, I'm curious on how you all eat during the semester. I have my usual protein shake and oatmeal with a side of fruit for breakfast, but I'm unsure of what to take with me while I'm at school. I do have a locker in the gym for the semester, but what should I take? Besides fruit, ANPB, and a shaker cup with 3 ziplock bags of protein?
Possibly chicken breast and vegetables in a bag? Keep in mind, the AC is the only thing keeping my locker cool.
