do you think it is okay to do olympic style lifting everyday?
Just doing cleans, clean and jerks, bench press, squats, deadlifts. Nothing else. Or is that too much stress on the body where I could get injured.
everyday is going to wear down your body especially as you get older. there is a reason baseball pitchers don't pitch every game, hockey goalies rarely play both games of a back to back game, and NFL players only play once a week. the body needs rest and repair
I'm with steve, you need to rest your body. and not everyone is a badass BM who can climb huge poles everyday early, you are a genetic freak so stop acting like you are special
