OK who's bright idea was it to do 20 rep sets of squats??

Yeah i know what you guys are talking about...

That sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach.

Felt that today and thought i was going to hurl doing straight leg deads 4 sets of 10....275...Nap time soon.
 
I do 1 set of Squats @ 20 reps on leg day. It's the 1st exercise
I do. I do the 1st 10 with 1 deep breath between each rep. 2
deep breaths for 11-15, and 3 deep breaths for 16-20. So it's
kind of like 3 sets in one really. The breathing definately helps
to get the last reps.
