I do 1 set of Squats @ 20 reps on leg day. It's the 1st exercise
I do. I do the 1st 10 with 1 deep breath between each rep. 2
deep breaths for 11-15, and 3 deep breaths for 16-20. So it's
kind of like 3 sets in one really. The breathing definately helps
to get the last reps.
