I have always had trouble sticking with a diet, first, I tried the Atkins diet but i craved bread and potatoes too much so after about 3 months of dipping in and out of ketosis I realised that it wasn't really doing much, as for CKD, from Monday to Friday everthing is Ok, i eat no carbs all week THEN the weekend comes and for some reason i have to eat like a motherfucker and i feel it erase's everything i have done the previous week, SO this is it, as from now i am gonna stick to it and i'm gonna make sure on the weekend i eat no more than 100g of carbs, I'm trying to get down to about 10%BF, i'm at about 20% now!
