I have always had trouble sticking with a diet, first, I tried the Atkins diet but i craved bread and potatoes too much so after about 3 months of dipping in and out of ketosis I realised that it wasn't really doing much, as for CKD, from Monday to Friday everthing is Ok, i eat no carbs all week THEN the weekend comes and for some reason i have to eat like a motherfucker and i feel it erase's everything i have done the previous week, SO this is it, as from now i am gonna stick to it and i'm gonna make sure on the weekend i eat no more than 100g of carbs, I'm trying to get down to about 10%BF, i'm at about 20% now!
Sorry for the long thread, i just think that posting it will somehow help me to succeed!
 
You can do it man, i was the same way when i started my very first diet along time ago, it helped that my mother was on a diet also so it made it alittle easier.

Just try and stick with it, nobody said loosing weight was easy, just eat right, excersize and u will get to where you wanna be.

Also, once i started loosing weight my friends and family would say how good i was looking, and that made me stick with the diet.

I hope u havent ONLY been thinking about your diet but have actually been doin cardio too. I was 16% about 5 months ago...now im a 9.5-10% with cardio 3 or 4 times a week. I progressed from barely diong 10 min of treadmill to 45 minutes. Let me tell u, 45 min 3x a day sheds pound like crazy. I lost 20 pounds the first 3.5-4 months, and all of a sudden lost 10 pounds in a month when i started taking BAC green tea and doin 45 min caridio sessions
 
thats exactly the thing, i do a shit load of cardio, i play squash for at least an hour every night (moderate to hard), and about 6 months ago, in the summer, i was doing crazy shit like running to and from work every day (3mile there 3mile back) and on top of that i was playing squash on the night, even riding my push bike down to the gym for christs sake, i spoke to a few people on here and came to the conclusion that it was my DIET that was the problem although i thought i was eating quite good, at the moment i just play squash on the night, but still thats a lot of cardio if you add it up at the end of the week, so i should see results this time!
 
I also find it hard to stick to a "diet" as in eating clean cuz I get crazy bored with the food!! Can't stand it!! Plus all the holiday candy lying around work.

BUT -- I'll be back on it for sure next week and checking in with all the bors.
 
Once upon a time there were too many cookies in my house. Now there is antipasto, crackers, smoked salmon, brie, and many other savory goodies. On the other hand ... I haven't gained or lost anything. So, that's good, I guess. :confused:
 
not sure if u are planning on ckd this time as you said on weekends you are gonna limit yourself to 100g's of carbs. If u are gonna do ckd you will definetely hafta up that quite a bit on your carb up thru weekend. wish you the best man
