I work an office job all day and here are some things I do:
-train first thing in the AM so I have energy and no excuse not to train later
-meal prep so I am only eating what I have planned (personally I don't bring anything since I am eating in a window that starts when I get home)
-get a stand up desk if possible
-set an alarm on your phone to go off every hour so you get up and go for a walk.
-drink lots of water
-make sure you are active more on the weekends and when you can be
-reduce stress in your overall life
