Ok everyone here are some other options for gripping the bar on your Ft Squats, Enjoy.

Oh yes. And the way you grip the bar would be brutal on your shoulder injury. I was highly surprised how much it really pulled on the delt.

They always looked not so shoulder friendly. Always up for trying something new and tortureous but wont try those. ;)

Zed what is your take on using the straps as that seems to be the easiest on the shoulders? Especially when the weight gets heavier? The vid I watched yesterday really stressed that that is the best way to do these unless you are trianing for an Olympic lifting meet.
 
With the straps is how I prefer to do em bro by far. Not nearly as hard on the wrists, elbows and shoulders. But it does take a little getting used to. Not having your hands directly on that bar.
But def worth working thru for me anyway.
