Shoulder Presses DB seated-

Decent workout this am. Wasn't really feeling it but I got it done. Lol
awesome shoulder workout, how you doing stat wise? Weight BF% etc....if I remember correctly you were eating 6k cals a day lol, you must be putting good size on, i'm curious to how much size this type of workout is putting on you opposed to the more traditional lower volume/rep heavier weight style routine. I'm liking this high volume stuff and if I can use it to bulk effictively while staying lean i'm all over it

Gj I am sitting at 239 as of this am and guesstimate on bf would be 12%. I am gaining but still staying lean it'd kind of weird really. I am eating like a horse but not gaining excessive bf. I like the volume and my body seems to be responding well. When I stop seeing gains the routine will change. Thanks for asking bro and glad you stopped in.
