What do you think about my oatmeal in the morning? Is it too much?

1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of fiber one original cereal, 10 almonds, and 1/2 cup of blueberries all mixed in.

Yea but mine consist of 1/2 cup of fiber one, 1/2 cup of blueberries, and almonds all mixed in together. My question is do you think this is too much? Also i eat this with 5 eggs with 4 slices of turkey

it all depends on what your objective is bro, are you bulking or cutting? what are your stats? anyway I always eat most of my carbs(except on carb loading days) first meal of the day. If your cutting it looks like a bit on the high side for cals, but for bulking it's not. I'd cutt out the turkey and eggs and either use a protein drink or just egg whites, cause that seems like a lot for you to digest early morning. A whey shake is my personal fav for numerous reasons early morning.

I'm currently 6ft 175, I'm really just trying to maintain weight right now maybe up it to a solid 180-185. but i have some body fat i want to lose. And the reason being it being a big breakfast is because i struggle throughout the day to get more calories because of my schedule and such. I'm taking in about 2200-2300 a day right now. What do ya'll suggest?

Bro we went through all this in ur last thread. Your pic looks all in proportion and it is clear you care about aesthetics not size ...so its simple - go back to your last thread where I explained the basic pronciples of cals in - cals out.

Work out your maintenance cals and then adjust your cal intake accordingly. Keep your protein levels high, avoid saturated fats (cheese, meat fats etc) and use EFA's (fish, flax, nuts etc). 1800 cals should be about right.

However - you cannot have a big breakfast in the morning, then not eat for 5 hours. I dont care what your schedule is - if you are serious you will find a way. Home made protein bars, egg white/ oil shakes, almonds, chicken drumstics, flax oil/ capsules, powdered oats. These are all portable and easily consumed.

Simple - rememeber, you will be on a cutter so dont post up asking why u are not gaining muscle!!

Good luck

^^cobracock is right...you need to look at your goals...is 1/2 cup oatmeal too much? probably not when I bulk i eat 1 cup per meal like 5 times a day...you have to look at all the other stuff in there, almonds are fat and im assuming your eating whole eggs which contains fat and protein...why throw in turkey too?

It's 4 egg whites and only 1 whole egg. The only reason i add the almonds and turkey is to meet my calorie goals by the end of the day

Ok I really am learning about my diet and it is so much better than it has ever been.
But one thing I just don't understand:
Why would eating 1 cup of oatmeal 5 times a day help you bulk?
Its all fiber how does that bulk you up?
Thanks for the help...
