Good morning everyone!!

Stopped taking supplements; waiting for digestive system to get back to normal. Going to pharmacy this morning to finally start taking something. I'm going to fast after the ATL trip and clean out the pipes.

7:15am - 1/2 cup of oats w/ 1/4 cup of cottage cheese (1% lowfat) and 2T of flax meal

1:00pm - 1 cup of rice w/ 2 cups of chicken

7:30pm - 2T of anpb

I'm back to normal. Thank god.

5:45am - YES; 2 CB

6:00am - HIIT (15 minutes steady; 45 sec (intense); 75 sec (moderate))

6:45am - 1 ALA

7:00am - 1/2 of breakfast (1/2 cup of oats; 4 egg whites); 1 multi & 1 biotin

10:30am - Remaining half of breakfast.

I've been sick for a week (re: major digestive issues). The first 3-4 days I didn't retain anything i ate. My metabolism and energy levels dropped and I haven't been eating much (I didn't eat much for breakafast, would eat a big lunch to make-up the calories I wasn't getting the rest of the day, and wouldn't have an appetite for dinner). I didn't take any supplements (including vitamins) and did not use YES until my digestive system was back to normal.

I took two to give my metabolism and energy levels a major kick (I needed it).

(I wish I can say more, but I'm only at chapter 2 of my book)

Ladies (and gentleman),

My diet nor my excercise program will look normal this week. Due to a recent issue in my life (the ladies on the IA chat board may know what I'm talking about), I don't have much of an appetite (and have considered giving up on this whole thing). I don't think I broke 2000 calories over the weekend. As such, the lack of eating is not for a competition or particular program.

9:45am - 1 pouch of COS salmon (will take 1 CB, 1 multi and 1 biotin immediately after)

12:55 - 20 almonds
