Good morning,

6:00am - YES, 1 CB (Will start taking two today).

6:30am - HIIT (same as Wed.)

7:30am - 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 4 egg whites; 1 multi, 1 Biotin

10:15am - 20 almonds

Today is the staff appreciation pizza party. I have to remember to get a salad from the cafeteria before I go this thing.

11:30am - 6 crackers

3:00pm - 1CB; 1 salad (3 cups of spinach, 1 cup of grilled chicken, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of shredded carrot, 1/4 cup of chick peas, 2T of chopped bacon and 2T of ceasar dressing);

6 crackers (I have my period; for some reason I'm having upset stomach issues (it started the day before it arrived); the only symptoms I get as of last month are a minor headache and "stomach" problems; god, why can't I get cramps like everybody else)

9:30pm - 3-4 shrimp; 1-2 oysters and some fries (did not eat all of cheat meal; I just can't do this like I use to)

Good morning,

I know CB isn't an appetite suppresant, but I haven't been eating much in the afternoon and evening since I've been taking it. So, I'm going to try to up the cals of my earlier meals. Also, when I take a pill in the afternoon, I'm waking up a lot easier than before I started taking CB.

6:45am - 1 scoop of PP in water

6:50am - 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 4 egg whites and 1/4 cup of honey crunch oats

8:00am - 1 CB, 1 multi, 1 Biotin

Hey nycgirl, did you get a headache when you started taking Cardio Breeze? I took 1 yesterday along w/my a.m. coffee and felt terrible, I had a huge headache and felt tired ll day. Maybe I should not take it w.coffee? I'm trying to cycle off ECA and start CB for my early a.m. cardio(empty stomach).
