Ladies (and gentleman),

My diet nor my excercise program will look normal this week. Due to a recent issue in my life (the ladies on the IA chat board may know what I'm talking about), I don't have much of an appetite (and have considered giving up on this whole thing). I don't think I broke 2000 calories over the weekend. As such, the lack of eating is not for a competition or particular program.

5:30am - Ran 3 miles

9:45am - 1 pouch of COS salmon (will take 1 CB, 1 multi and 1 biotin immediately after)

12:55 - 20 almonds

1:30pm - 1 small chicken quarter herb roasted (no skin) w/ 2 cups of broccoli

8:35pm - 2T of anpb w/ 2 cups of lemon zinger green tea

9:00pm - .5 cup of 1% low fat cottage cheese, .25 cup of honey crunch and .25 cup of pinhead oats

12:00pm - 1/2 cup of chicken salad w/ mini pumpernickel roll and small side salad

6:45am - 25 almonds; 1 CB, 1 multi and 1 biotin

7:00am - YES (forgot to put it on prior to workout)

10:00am - 2 cups of green tea; 1 BB 3oz tuna pouch

12:00pm - 1 4oz grilled tuna w/ 2 cups of Southwestern Slaw (from co. cafeteria - 70 calories) and 3-4T of avocado pico de gallo.; 2 cups of green tea; 1 CB

Just want to bump this up.

I ate and drank and ate and drank. Will be fasting this week - need to clean the pipes and starting a new lifting program on Sun. This week my diet will consist of a lot of fresh juice, herbal tea, and vitamins. Will be doing light cardio and yoga this week. I will be posting my meals (juice) and workout.

Decided not to post my fasting routine,for many reasons. Anyway, I feel lighter and clean (if that makes any sense). Workout program begins on Monday, however, I will post my meals for today and tomorrow. Looking forward to training again - it's been a rough and bumpy month.

8:45am - 1/2 cup of oats w/ 4 egg whites; 1 multi and 1 T-rex

12:10 pm - 1 Glucorell; 1 wrap w/ 1.5T of A1 sauce, 1/2 cup of raw spinach and 1 turkey patty (7% fat).

3:50pm - 1Glucorell and 1 Leverox; 1 wrap w/ 1T of A1 sauce, 1/2 cup of raw spinach and 1 turkey patty (7% fat).

5:35pm - 1 Glucorell; 1 White Chocolate Strawberry Truffle.

7:50pm - 1 cup of chicken breast, 6 broccolli flowerets and 8 carrots.

Glad you are feeling clean (makes total sense to me)... girl, I can relate and I feel so much better just eating clean...

Good morning!!!

7:30am 1 Glucorell, 1CB, 1 multi

7:45am - 2 scoops of PP mixed w/ water and 2T of pinhead oats

Going out to dinner tonight. Having my "last meal" before I start training hard. I have to be ripped (or semi-ripped) for the big trip to Cajun Country in July!!! Will keep carbs low throughout the day. Have to remember to bring my r-ala with me to the restaurant.

10:50 - 1 T-rex, 1 Glucorell

11:00 - 1/2 cup of oats w/ 4 egg whites and 2T of Flax meal
