Ladies (and gentleman),
My diet nor my excercise program will look normal this week. Due to a recent issue in my life (the ladies on the IA chat board may know what I'm talking about), I don't have much of an appetite (and have considered giving up on this whole thing). I don't think I broke 2000 calories over the weekend. As such, the lack of eating is not for a competition or particular program.

9:45am - 1 pouch of COS salmon (will take 1 CB, 1 multi and 1 biotin immediately after)
12:55 - 20 almonds
