Good morning Mrs J! I noticed a touch of a headache myself, but I didn't take the CB with coffee cuz I didn't want to mix it & figured the headache was from lack of caffeine......Next time I take CB -- I'll pay better attn.

I had a headache hours after the first time I took it. Now, I don't feel a thing.

I know CB isn't an appetite suppresant, but I haven't been eating much in the afternoon and evening since I've been taking it. So, I'm going to try to up the cals of my earlier meals. Also, when I take a pill in the afternoon, I'm waking up a lot easier than before I started taking CB.

6:45am - 1 scoop of PP in water

6:50am - 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 4 egg whites and 1/4 cup of honey crunch oats (not the cereal; it's a mix of oats, sunflower seeds, raisins w/ a touch of honey - everything is organic)

8:00am - 1 CB, 1 multi, 1 Biotin

1:00pm - 1 Turkey burger (7% fat) w/ 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg.

4:15pm - 1/2 cup of 1% Cottage Cheese and 1/2 cup of Honey Crunch Oats (not the cereal; it's a mix of oats, sunflower seeds, raisins w/ a touch of honey - everything is organic)

The carbs I had today tasted soooo good. Didn't take CB this afternoon; felt tired - so I took a nap. Now, I know that 3-4pm is the time to take the second pill.

12:00pm - 1 turkey patty w/ 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg.

3:00pm - 1 cup of Low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of honey crunch oats

5:00pm - 1 CB

5:30pm - 1.5T of anpb

7:30pm - 1 cup of chicken breast, 1/2 cup of potato, 3T of fat free sour cream, 10 broccoli flowerets

Good morning everyone!!

Having some extreme stomach issues. Took a break from working out this weekend and ate within my calorie range. I'm going to get something from the drug store today to help and get back to working out tomorrow.

6:45am - 1/2 cup of oats w/ 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of honey crunch oats

7:00am - 1CB, 1 multi, and 1 biotin

Decided to carb up yesterday. I had a bagel and pasta to carb up. I did not retain any of the food I ate from Fri - Sun. I did not go to the gym because I was concerned about "not making it to the bathroom in time issues." It appears from this morning, that my stomach issues are over. I think I had a stomach virus. I will be going to the gym this evening.
