10:00am - 20 almonds
12:30pm - 1 med salad (1.5 cups of spinach leaves, 1 cup of grilled chicken breasts, 4 cherry tomatos, 2T of chick peas, and 3-4T of ceasar dressing)
Ordered Cardio Breeze; looking forward to adding it to my routine. Noticing great changes w/ YES, especially in the booty area.
Dinner - 1 cup of turnip greens and same thing from last night.
Water: 4 Liters (I think I'm back on my water kick!!!)
