Newbie Questions

Makedah, we started off at the same # of reps (around 10-12 for 3-4 sets) to build muscular endurance. After a month of that, our trainer started dropping my reps to help build mass. I want to get sorta swole, and she wants to be lean and toned, so she's staying with the higher reps.
 
Welcome man. I'm extremely impressed with what you have done so far.

After a workout, I just feel like jello for a few hours. The next day, I am usually a little sore, but can painfully stretch and it goes away for a while. 2 days after, well that is a different story....

2 days after back/bi day, I struggle to put on a shirt
2 days after chest/tri/shoulder day, I struggle to push the door open at work, mainly just lean into it with my body
2 days after leg day, I have to pull myself out of my truck with my arms because I literally cant do it with my legs.

BTW, you just started a major discussion with the reps-mass statement :P
