New Training Cycle

I just started this new training cycle (yesterday) and I have to say. First off, they moved Legs day to monday (which is a good idea cuz everyone uses the chest machines/weights on Mondays so i have half of a gym to myself. its mass induced training. Legs day was yesterday and I gotta say, I can barely sit down/walk today!!! If you guys are interested (or just for shits and giggles) you can check it out here. http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/welcome.asp?

It looks like a pay site, but its totally free to join. of course this guy does try to promote his BB'ing supps, but the training course seems pretty effective. I am going to go thru the whole 12 weeks. Probably start AS in week3-4 but we'll see.

Thats how every leg day is supposed to be, so if it hasnt been happening in the past, you have been cheating yourself.

On a side note, I think a few guys here have been using the same method and have had good results. Hope it works out for ya.

I have been using Max-Ot for 2 and a half months. I have been lifting for 10 years and this is the first time in a long time that I noticed a difference in my physique from training (Many others commented on it at the gym). I have been using very advanced, exotic rep schemes and super sets, but it seems like the simple ass Max Ot system is working much better for me.

Thanks so much dude!!! Thats the kind of feedback I was hoping to hear. Before I started this method of training, I did get major soreness. But I was working out for twice as long and with less soreness/burn than this. It was so short, all sets (except for warmup never go over six reps. Its kinda hard to do by yourself (no spotter), but i make due. Just, when you leave the gym, I didnt have that incredible BURN like i used to. I am used to doing 10-12 reps (a lot less weight). I think this drastic variation of training will also "confuse" my muscles, manipulating them to grow bigger. Just though I'd throw my .02 cents back in.
