With all the moving turmoil stay especially close to your nutrition and training plans. It will keep you grounded. Stay hydrated. Get plenty of sleep.

Big things are always easier to tackle with a clear head. Go get 'em. And don't show off those muscles too much moving any couches by yourself or anything ;p


Ha ha....wise word, cutie. Love your posts. My priorities might be out of line for some, but me for, my nutrition and training is numero uno!! Out of everything, it is coming first!!! Thanks for the motivation and the help. Invaluable.
 
Ok everyone...as the world turns....

So, took one load to Mobile..unpacked and got somewhat settled. Visited with my brother some who had flown in from Jersey City. He definitely needs some Ritalin. or something. Anyways. Came back to GA yesterday to finish going through some things and make another load next week. Clinicals start the 9th. So ready to get situated and get in a routine. I've already determined that I will be working out at nights now. About 7 pm. I will work from 8:30 to 5:00 or so every day. My gym doesn't open early enough to go before work. That's ok though. I'm a night owl and used to workout every night, so it will be fine. I'd much rather workout in the morning but there are no gyms close enough to me without traveling way too far. So I've figured that out.

I've been eating extremely clean (thanks cutie) and have been working out. Will post up later tonight as my notebook is somewhere in my car. Will need to get a rescue squad out there to find it. Have only missed 1 or 2 days and that's because the gym was closed. Have been doing my met con. In a minute, I am going to go do Pull exercises and then tomorrow I'm going to do legs. That will have me caught up for the week. The gym is closed Sunday. So Monday I will be back on schedule again. Will go back to Mobile probably Thursday of next week. Whew.

I've been missing everyone on here. How was everyone's Christmas? Thanks so much for all of the motivation and inspiration. LOVE TRAINING!!! Out of everything it is my NUMBER 1 priority!!!

Bench
Bent over row
Squat tops of thighs parallel with floor
OHP
Dead lift.

Wow Jen I'm tired just reading what you've done lol. Bless ya you must be knacked. Glad your getting on top of it all and that your eating well and most of all that you've planned your life around your gym haha I love that.
I wish you all the best for 2012 and can't wait to work long side you and for you to reach your goals.x

Ok..you know I always require further instruction...so I do my 3 normal lifting days (push, pull, legs) and get you my last 3 rep maxes for the 2nd set? Geez man..did that just make any sense!?

Missed yesterday and today as my gym was closed and it sucks. I hate missing the gym...

I look forward to rooting you on and watching you accomplish your goals in 2012. Love having you as a training partner!! How was your and Elaine's new years?
 
LOL love ya sweetea.
Pick the day you wanna do this, you can do it in place of your workout as it will be a lot of work!
Do a good general warm up.
Then do a good bench warm up.
Put on the bar what you think you can rep 3 times.
Rest.
Add some more weight till you can only get 3 reps.
Do the rest the same way.
