Pick the day you wanna do this, you can do it in place of your workout as it will be a lot of work!
Do a good general warm up.
Then do a good bench warm up.
Put on the bar what you think you can rep 3 times.
Rest.
Add some more weight till you can only get 3 reps.
Do the rest the same way.
