Pick the day you wanna do this, you can do it in place of your workout as it will be a lot of work!
Do a good general warm up.
Then do a good bench warm up.
Put on the bar what you think you can rep 3 times.
Rest.
Add some more weight till you can only get 3 reps.
Do the rest the same way.

Ok folks. Trying to get back in the routine of posting. I lost my workout book moving but I found it!! So I'm postin up last weeks workouts. I'm headed to the gym in a bit to do push exercises. Gym was closed yesterday. (wtf!?). Will post that tomorrow.

So leaving GA to go back to AL Thursday afternoon. And then will stay in mobile. Ready to get settled. Argghhh.
