Workout today with filled with bitterness and anger and felt GRRREAT!! . Zed you're not going to be Happy with me as I did above and beyond what I was supposed to do and did cardio! Had to get it out brutha.
Bench
Warm up bar 12 reps
2 sets- 12 x 55 and 65
Decline
2 sets - 12 x 45
12 x 55
Incline dumbells
2 sets 12 x 20
12 x 20
Overhead bbl shoulder press
2 sets 12 x 20
12 x 20
Close grip bbl
2 sets 12 x 30
12 x 30
Negative dips
2 x 12
Also did tricep kickbacks (didn't keep totals on these as it's not what I'm supposed to be doin but did 2 sets on each x 12)
20 minutes of abs
Tricep pull downs
..can't think of all I did. Just keep going and worked my chest and tris like crazy.
Did 20 minute run as fast as I could as if I had stolen someone's VCR. (sorry zed. I won't do any cardio tomorrow!)
