but ONLY new the the board. i've been posting at the elite fitness discussion boards for a while now. i've stayed mostly at the dieting board for the past year or so because thats mainly what i had been focusing on. then a few weeks ago, i introduced myself at the womens board. and now, i've come to this training board because i have just recently started to lift consistently throughout the week. i guess i started like 1.5 to 2 weeks ago...well kinda...i dunno.
ok well i'm a 14 y.o. female...about to be 15 real soon, and i just started the 10th grade like 3 days ago. i play very high level soccer and am active there 4 to 5 times a week. i've done ab work for a while...like since i was 11 or 12. like 8 months ago, i began to use weights with my ab routine. i've been lifting with my arms and shoulders since the beginning of summer. and i started working my back and legs like 2 weeks ago.
i do legs and back together on the days i do not have soccer. abs are 4 to 5 times a week...whatever days i feel like doing them. and arms and shoulders i do every other soccer day.
well i just wanted to introduce myself here because i think i'm gonna start frequenting this board more often than never and i didnt want you guys just wondering who i am whenever i post. however, i am gonna still stay primarily on the diet discussion board, 2nd-most on the womens board, and 3rd-most will be here...although i will try to come here as much as i go to the womens board.
