I first wanted to say Hello! I am new to elite fitness and am glad to have found this site and the discussion boards. I filled out my profile information when I signed up, but, in a nut shell, I am counting down to compete in a November show (figure). This will be my second competition. I would like to know if anyone has suggestions on creative diet meals. I know that is kind of like an oxymoron, but, I am pretty limited on what I can eat and I am trying to stay as motivated as possible. Right now I eat brown rice, chicken, turkey, egg whites, fish, vegetables, protein shakes..etc. All in the name of keeping the carbs at bay or around 60 carbs a day. Anyone have any advice? I would appreciate any input.
