3-4 hours , 3-4 times a week want better results.
would appreciatte recipe for cycle with pct
want 12 week hardcore mostly inj with least side effects and protein
expectations amounts and durations, along wth ordering quantities needed
and thinking of unc z is there better?

Current workout in detail.

Height, weight, body fat if you know it.
Activity level. Kind of work-sedentary, active, desk jockey, construction worker...etc.
Years of working out.
What kind of shape your in right now, pulse at rest and blood pressure.
