Used mixed grip today think the straps are harder as it means more to grip and my hands don't seem big enough.

Sugazombie what did you decide for your cals?
Whatever you decided on I think you should be a min of 500 additional cals. Your getting up into some good weights and you really will need those extra cals to build that muscle mass. We may go higher. Dont worry about puttin on a little bit of fat, as we can take care of that later.
So let me know plz.
 
Hey Zed. Sorry with Cg's help I decided on 2225+ 300 extra just for now and may add more if need be. ATM my appetite is huge so I'm loving it been able to eat big haha. Will It be good to eat pasta nd brown bread etc. thanks bro

Your already pretty lean sugazombie. If you feel you must then ok at 300. But then in 2 weeks add 200 more to get it up to 500. You will notice the diff very quickly in your workouts. Actually I would rather see you just go to 500 now.

Well I think I could manage that Zed. I'm back on fit day etc to get an idea of what that many cals consists of but yeah I will give it a go. I will let you know how I get on thanks Zed!!

Still slightly feel myself trying to straighten up even with knees bent n tummy to thighs its strange I feel like I need someone to push my back down lol. I still manage the weights but once I get to like 2inchs away from chest that's when I try to straighten lol. So I found if I put my legs further apart it helped !
