Hey sugazombie just hold the other lifts on that workout, the squat workout. Only till your squats go up the next increment.

Workout a ....hey chief I hope you don't mind I upped my squats by 10lb so they could catch up w the rest rather than missing a wk adding .also started cycle this morning ...

Started to feel these getting harder my back tries to straighten up more when pulling up trying my hardest to keep leaning to do this I had to slow down lifting
