Need a crash diet...I have clen I can take...or maybe work out twice a day...any suggestions? I wanna do it in a way where I won't gain it back.

do the math, 10lbs are 35000 cals worth of deficit... if you do that in 14 days, you have a deficit of 2500 cals/day... Let's assume you create an unhealthy deficit of 1000 cals/day (putting you in the range of sub-1000 cals, since you are a girl), you still need to burn 1500 cals more...

Well reallistically speaking is VERY hard to do. You can do cardio twice per day (morning and evenings,) eat very small portions every 3 hours or so (mostly prot and green with some efas) and be on your way.

One way or the other you will gain a TON of weight... I can only predict that in 2 weeks you will lose a bunch of water, some muscle and not too much fat... All three you will gain back easily when you start a normal program.

next time, plan in advance. Do you normally gain 10lbs in 14 days? It works the same way in both directions.

since end of March Ive gained 10lbs..I am going to Florida that why I need to loose it...my cloths got tight & I cant afford to buy new ones...I need to stick with it also..I went from working out 6 days a week to 2 or 3. I am eating a little more and drinking hardly any water. Don't know what happened to me. I'll get back into it...thanks for the advice

You begin with "crash diet" and end with "I dont wanna gain it back".... oxymoron, it just doesn't work that way

Also plan on feeling weaker from loss of muscle if you do this.

Lindsay Lohan's diet plan is what you're after - salad and marlboro lights, with the occasional line of coke when the hunger pangs get too much to bear.

If you were a 260lb juicer it might be possible to drop 5lbs fat + 5lbs muscle/water in a couple of weeks without much muscle loss but it's not gonna work... 4lbs is the absolute max you should be looking to lose in that time

PPPPPPP. Prior Proper Planning Prevents Pis-Poor Performance, a more realistic timeline for that weight loss is 4 weeks, you can lose that much in two weeks on a CKD...maybe, but a lot of it(~70%) will be water weight and you will gain it back as soon as you start eating carbs again.
